This a gold toned Monet bow clip earring set. The bow measures, from one bow loop to the other, 1 1/8" wide and, from top of the bow loop to the longest string, 7/8" long.
Where the clip touches the bow there is a stamp for the brand name Monet. On the back of the clip facing outwards is a stamp, PAT'D. There are no stamps to label what type of metal these earrings are made out of.
