This is for Lure clip earrings. The "lure" part is black at the top for 6mm, then white for 4mm, the middle is a line of brown for 1mm, next another patch of white for 5mm, and lastly black for 7mm. The total length of the lure is 23mm, at the widest point 9mm, and at the thinnest point 3mm.
The lure has a gold look wire running through it and attaches to 4 silver colored metal links. Each link it 4mm long. The total dangle length is 43mm.
The clip is of a silver metal and is roughly 17mm tall and 10mm wide. There are no stamps to indicate type of metal or markings to indicate maker.
